INDUCTOHEAT (Tewkesbury) Ltd are capable of complex in house coil design 

and manufacture, for our own needs as Induction Heating Specialists, 

or for Customers who have their own generating/heating facilities. 

These designs cover all aspects of Induction Heating, Softening back,                             

Melting ,etc with or without Quench units. Applications are too numerous 

to count but include Shaft, Bore, Journal and Gear components, 

Inductor coil designs are tailored to suit Customers individual requirements.

Designs make use of modern materials such as Fluxtrol* and Ferrotron* in an intensified situation, where laminations would have been traditionally used. This does not rule out the use of laminations, as experience has shown us that there are certain applications which require them.
